Laughter

Why do people laugh? Laughter is something you can try to force, but it doesn't make much sense. If you force it, it's not good for you either, and the people around you can see through your forced laughter.

You associate laughter with happiness. Still, you can't laugh all the time without stopping. They always laughed for a short while, and it's better to laugh together than alone, and it's also very interesting what kind of sound laughter makes people make. A little different from everyone. Everyone has a little bit of their own laugh.

Laughter comes suddenly, usually as a surprise. It is not possible to prepare for laughter in particular, although it is an important observation that you can tune in to the state in which you are already more cheerful and you reach the entry threshold more easily.

Who laughs a lot? And who is happier: the one who laughs a lot or the one who laughs a lot? Why is it that some comedians are depressed? And if happiness is your goal, what should you learn more: to make others laugh or to be able to laugh with others?

The answer is not black and white, precisely because laughing together is better than alone. Here, as in so many other things, you have to find a balance. If you are capable of it - and you are capable of it - then you should make an effort to constantly be as close as possible to the threshold of laughter in your everyday life. Also, if the situation calls for it, be ready to make others laugh.

Interestingly, these two things are closely related to each other, since it is much easier for you to come up with ideas that may be ridiculous to others, if you are also constantly ready to be famous for something.

In life, you will encounter many different situations, and somehow you automatically learn to classify different situations into the "funny" or "serious" category. What you have to be very careful about is that these labels are often culturally inherited, so you learn that serious things are not to be laughed at, and ridiculous things are not to be taken seriously. If you want to have a more cheerful everyday life, you need to learn how to stick these labels on. You will notice that you will see more and more generally serious situations as cheerful and funnier, and as a result, not only your own everyday life, but also the everyday life of the people around you will be more cheerful.

If you find yourself taking certain situations too seriously or immediately putting them in the sad box, realize that these are just labels. The situation itself is guaranteed to be neutral, so you can decide how you experience the given situation, in what mood you experience it.

If it is difficult for you to live your own situation in a light, cheerful way, then imagine how you could look at this situation as an outside observer, as an observer who for some/whatever reason finds it cheerful and funny. Tune in to his point of view and you will realize that this situation is really not that serious and doesn't have as much stake, it doesn't have as much weight as you attribute to it.

In your modern societies, unfortunately, the tendency has appeared to achieve this kind of state close to happiness with the help of various external agents. These drugs can be legal or illegal drugs, or even drugs, but you should know that the drugs actually tune you to a special state for a while, but what they show you can evoke in yourself without any drugs. The goal, of course, is for you to become the master of these states yourself, not for you to develop a dependency on an external substance.

If you learn to maintain your cheerful mood, then as the saying goes: what you show outwardly, you will get back, so the world will smile back at you, so to speak. This will manifest itself in different forms, perhaps the most visible form will be the behavior of other people towards you. Don't be surprised if, as a result, even a passer-by smiles at you, or a stranger becomes nice to you, but don't be scared if certain friends move away from you, or if other acquaintances and friends appear in your life. This and such changes work in perfect harmony, you don't have to force them, you don't have to work on them, this is an integral part of the functioning of the universe.

You can work on one thing, and I recommend that you work on it, and that is improving your own attitude and ability to influence your own mood. And your additional profit will be that, in the same way that you can maintain your cheerfulness in everyday life, the impact of unpleasant situations on you will be much smaller. These cases will not be able to make you sad, angry, or intimidated, because you will be a balanced person with brave integrity.

Good job and good luck on this adventure!

Let this be today's lesson.
