Skeleton
Human bone is both a very strong material and flexible. You wouldn't even imagine how flexible a bone is, how much it can change if it is kept under constant pressure. On the other hand, it is quite clear that the bones must be very hard, since the muscles that can move them are built on the bones.
The combination of muscle and bone perfectly combines dynamism and static. If a bone is deformed or broken, if the muscles are strong enough and the fracture was not extreme, the bone will fuse together on its own.
However, in the event that the two bone pieces move a lot due to the fracture, or the muscles are so weak that they cannot hold them there, then external help is needed. Different methods have been developed for this and these methods work very well. With the proper functioning of the immune system, the fused bone will not only be as it was before, but will also be stronger at the points of fusion. In this way, the fracture can create an even stronger structure in the long term.
Think of life's challenges as if the smaller ones are a kind of bone bending, the bigger ones are, say, bone cracks, and the particularly big challenges are broken bones.
Your dynamically changing personality, which you have built up over the years, should be the muscle that surrounds the bone in this metaphor. Of course, the muscles on your body are not even, so you can deal with different trials - depending on how much your personality is designed for that topic - easier or more difficult.
Challenges sometimes come predictably and sometimes as a surprise. It is quite difficult to defend against surprise shocks with preparation, but you can prepare very well for predictable challenges with mental training and shaping your personality.
A healthy, well-developed, beautiful body contains muscles evenly and symmetrically, but you also have to realize that because everyone's body is different and everyone uses their body differently, at certain points more or less muscles develop.
If you skillfully shape your personality, it will dynamically adapt to the bigger challenges of your life. In the same way that movement is important, developing your personality is also extremely important.
Also, don't forget from this formula that laziness leads to obesity, and if you get too fat, you will be much less able to cope with possible bone cracks or fractures. Don't stiffen up, know that it's important to relax and stretch after the load! Try to take these advices both physically and mentally.
You will notice that your physical and mental flexibility are even related to each other, so always know that physical dynamism is just as important as mental dynamism and that you should maintain both.
Let this be today's lesson.
