Eagles

A very important feature of eagles is their wingspan. This determines what acceleration I can achieve, and also how far they can fly with minimal energy investment after reaching a certain speed. The bigger the wings of an eagle, and the stronger the wings, the more air movement it can create.

Larger eagles need more food, more energy to maintain their larger bodies - including their wings. Nature has learned to regulate that weak eagles with small wings fall out, but if an eagle grows its wings too big beyond its strength, it can also make life difficult for that eagle.

You probably wouldn't think it, but the eagle partially consciously grows its wings to the size that it grows to. One must somehow imagine that the body is trying to change in the direction of its mental image of itself, and that if this process of change can take place without hindrance, and it is also true that the eagle dreams of giant wings, then that eagle's wings will indeed grow large.

The trap in this phenomenon is that when the eagle dreams of having huge wings, it does not receive the biological feedback that would lead to a greater need for food. This is why the interesting situation can arise that a healthy eagle grows giant wings and thereby makes its own life difficult by the fact that although it is strong, fast and can fly far, it has to spend more time hunting its prey, since its body needs more energy.

Moderation and the golden mean are as true for eagles as they are for humans. Think about how much you want big things in different areas of your life? And if you really want big things, don't forget to think carefully about what kind of extra resources you will need in order to maintain or operate them.

Interestingly, you can put on this list both the items you think you need and the qualities and abilities you desire that you feel you need to acquire in order to be satisfied.

I feel it is very important to point out that the purpose of this exercise is not at all to make you lose your motivation to further develop your various abilities or to acquire various items, but rather to see that you can be perfectly satisfied with what you have even in your current state.

If, in this perfectly satisfied state, you are able to tune in to those feelings and to the activities associated with those feelings that inspire and make you happy, you may suddenly realize that with these activities you can also achieve self-development, self-realization, and the creation of abundance around you.

The only restraining force that prevents you from doing the activity that is perfect for you at every moment of your life is that you probably don't believe right now that that activity can create all the resources you need.

Let the ultimate goal of your task be to collect these limiting beliefs, and by mentally processing them one by one, you will realize that they no longer serve you, and you can let them go with a calm heart.

It will become more and more apparent that the people around you, your friends and family members, also have these kinds of beliefs and limiting beliefs, and as you recognize them, you can gently and lovingly help them see the falsity of these limiting beliefs.

Be that as it may, you have nothing else to do but to be a living example of how simply and easily one can live a happy, satisfied life as a result of getting rid of these beliefs, these limiting beliefs.

Let this be today's lesson.
