Lemonade

Lemonade is a refreshing soft drink. If it is well prepared, anyone will enjoy eating it on a warm summer day. It is interesting that the person would consume its various components separately with a smaller enjoyment value. People like to drink cold water by themselves; a large spoonful of sugar can perhaps be eaten by itself (but it is no longer particularly enjoyable); biting into a lemon is a distinctly unpleasant feeling.

How is it possible that when these are mixed in the right proportion, an excellent soft drink is created? The solution lies in the proportions.

Now try to think of people as different tastes. Each person represents a complex world of tastes, expressed in physical language: everyone radiates a different type, quality and quantity of energy every day. These energies are dynamic, although undoubtedly each person has an imprint of a relatively constant energy. It follows that, just as with tastes, people also have combinations that work well together, and there are some that work less well.

A company - whether it is a small group that got together for a short time or a set of people forming a bond of long-term (even lifelong) friends, it is always important that these flavors are present in the right proportion in each "creation". This works in exactly the same way as when, say, you want to bake a cake and you experiment with how much sugar, how much chocolate, how much marzipan, how much dough you should try to add to that cake.

Creating a group of friends is a very similar process, as these groups can be stable, or they can be much more dynamic. If a company lacks a kind of flavor, it is the goal and task of the organizer of the company, the head chef, but also of the other participants of the company, to add more of that to the group. Likewise, if one of the flavors is too intense, you have to learn to manage it and add a little less of it the next time you try.

New flavors can appear at any time, and there will be flavors that disappear from this continuously renewed cake. The good news is that for humans, every taste is also a taster of the cake. Fortunately, which flavor goes well with which, what is missing from the cake or what is too much, works intuitively.

If a cake turns out well, it gets famous quickly, as everyone wants to taste it. However, the previous statement is also true in reverse: whoever wants to taste it will inevitably become a part of the cake, which makes this social cooking a constantly renewing, constantly exciting activity. If you find yourself in this situation, try to enjoy the excitement and variety, and don't feel bad if sometimes the cookie doesn't feel as perfectly delicious as it used to.
