Dove

You may have met many types of pigeons in your life, but you probably never thought that each pigeon is a separate entity. What you should see is that the separation of entities in pigeons is not as sharp as in humans. This is partly due to the fact that pigeons do not think of themselves as separate entities, as humans do.

As a result, many problems do not arise among pigeons. Pigeons don't care if another pigeon has missing feathers, a different color than their own, or maybe missing a leg. Pigeons do not know about themselves what their plumage is like, they do not consciously realize that they might be missing a leg.

Thus, on the one hand, the pigeon with the missing leg does not start to behave differently, it does not expect the others to treat it differently; and the others don't care that he doesn't have a foot where the others have. This way of thinking gives them the opportunity to think much more in a team, in addition to being able to survive alone.

If you observe when the pigeons are fed, you can see that they are not bothering to share the food with others, they are concerned with getting enough for themselves. They can take care of themselves. If he spent his time trying to help others and try to give as much food as possible, he would starve to death himself. This is obviously not the goal of that particular pigeon, nor of the pigeon community.

Despite this - apparently selfish - behavior, pigeon colonies overcome difficulties together. If there is not enough food in a given area, the weaker ones will die, the population will be smaller, but the remaining ones will live better. And if there is an abundance, then the individuals who are less viable or less valuable to the pigeon society or pigeon group can also be accommodated in the pigeon society.

In the animal world, it is normal that in the event of scarcity, group members instinctively try to give priority to those group members, in any case, to provide them with a sufficient amount of food, whose abilities are most needed for survival in the given group. From this point of view, one of the best ways to prepare for survival is self-improvement. Acquiring skills in which the individual, the individual, can excel, and moreover, this quality must be something that is very important for the whole group if necessary.

If it's hard for you to come to terms with the idea that everyone alive has a role to play in the world, then start approaching this concept with the example I just told you. What would happen if there were big troubles, if survival was at stake? Then would you be an individual that the people around you would consider important enough to keep you alive?

Notice that just like animals in nature, your body also works with its organs in the same way. If the body is given everything, all nutrients as energy, for optimal functioning, then it can function better in all its organs. If these conditions worsen, then it is reasonable to try to restore the functioning of the organs. It constantly prioritises, so it will only be willing to restrain or shut down the organs necessary for survival as a last resort.

Don't forget that your pineal gland is also an organ that is critical for certain functions, but not for your physical survival. In order for your body to be able to provide enough energy to non-critical organs such as your pineal gland, you need to bring your entire body into the most optimal condition possible. You can do this in the ways you already know: by eating healthy, exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water, and taking care of your mental clarity. If you have all of these, you will have a much easier time dealing with the pineal gland.

Don't be fooled by the fact that there are people whose pineal gland activity is high despite the neglect of their general balance, since it may happen - it doesn't necessarily happen, but it can happen - that their body's prioritization is completely different from the average.

It is your job to get to know yourself as much as possible from this point of view, and act accordingly, emphasizing the needs that are necessary for your optimal functioning. An exciting area for you to explore is being able to determine at any given moment how close or far you are from optimal functioning. If you are able to learn and discover this, it will be much easier for you in the future.

Let this be today's lesson.
