Pineal gland

The pineal gland doesn't actually look like a cone, that's a misunderstanding. However, you should definitely study its structure. It can receive electromagnetic waves, in a very wide range. Its location is no accident either, because if it weren't surrounded by so many things, it would simply be overloaded. Think of the rest of your brain as wave filtering equipment. They simultaneously filter and emit waves at the same time, as a result of which the properties of the waves reaching the pineal gland can change. That's why it's very important what kind of structures you create inside your brain.

Each of your beliefs takes on a specific pattern, and this belief filters the information that would flow cleanly into your pineal gland.

The fewer convictions you have, the more clearly and simply you are able to receive signals from the outside. So you should remove these beliefs, especially if they are limiting beliefs. And you can reveal these beliefs with the help of your memory, with the practice of trying to relax at the given moment, and then trying to let a seemingly random memory into your consciousness, and find out what kind of belief that fragment of memory is trying to point to.

If it is a negative belief, then by all means try to turn it into a positive one, or even better, if you can neutralize it. You will notice that as the number of beliefs decreases, the simpler, easier and happier your life will be. You will always know what the next step in your life is, as the channel, the flow of information between you and your Higher Self will be clear and clean.
