Children carry enormous potential within themselves. Each of them is an endless source of energy and opportunity. You can encourage them by showing them what you have achieved and how you live your life. By doing so, you also help them to get more out of themselves.

When you're with them, don't look at how you're having fun, but what you can teach them. Of course, you still have to learn their language better in order to teach them the wisdom and experiences you have gathered through play.

Respect them as separate beings. Expect them to teach you a lot too. Not every child needs to be helped, not every child needs to be a genius, everyone's role is a little different.

In an ideal society, every child finds their own role, and does not have to conform to a template. You can help them find their own role, their enthusiasm, which they can express later. Don't feel that this is all your task, it's more just a piece of advice on how you can spend your time with children as usefully as possible.

Allow your children to talk to you about things they can't talk to others about. For example, about spiritual topics, or dreams, ghosts, fairies, their fantasy. They are still pure emotional beings, emotions are important to them, so pay attention to what they teach you. They will help you strike a better balance between emotion and logic.

A very good question that you can ask the children while they are telling about what happened to them is how this or that felt.

Don't forget that children didn't choose their parents by chance. They must have a job with them.
